Lumen

From the official website: Lumen is a cinematic VR game that links the gameplay with the narrative story using dynamic and intuitive mechanics which allow the player to empathize with the main character. A wide set of cinematic moments, and an immersive soundtrack enable the player to delve into the universe of Lumen.

Tasks

In May 2025 I joined the Vanova team with one mission: providing content to have a new demo of their VR project ready before mid-July.

This mission was composed of the following responsabilities:

  • Built and integrated demo content that ensured the client’s timely presence at BitSummit Kyoto.
  • Delivered five playable levels under a tight six-week deadline, securing a key milestone.
  • Implemented six unique level mechanics with accompanying gym levels to enrich the experience.
  • Provided actionable feedback to junior employees to help them improve their designs and grow.
